Description:
These yoga sessions involve asanas (or yoga postures), breathing techniques along with relaxation and meditation. It will help to improve focus, concentration, flexibility, anger release, anxiety and stress. Yoga helps us to connect with ourselves and by gathering all our thoughts and providing calm to mind, body and soul.

Anyone can attend the class, with no prior experience or learning required. Because it is family yoga, it will involve fun elements for the children!

Anchal is a qualified and experienced yoga instructor who learnt yoga in India from the age of 15 and has been sharing her knowledge and experiences since. Anchal is an experienced instructor and has taught to a wide variety of ages. Anchal has generously offered a percentage of the class fee to the South Melbourne Park Family & Friends fundraising fund.
